The Federation of Gay Games Changing the World for 32 years
Working towards One World Event
EARLIER THIS YEAR, the FGG and the Gay and Lesbian International Sports Association (GLISA), producers of the World Outgames, entered into new discussions on renewing the global LGBT sports movement and creating one world sport, culture, and human rights event Following talks in Ljubljana at the European Gay & Lesbian Sport Federation meetings in March, the One World Event ("One WE") working group was formed.
The One WE Working Group is releasing a survey to constituents of both organizations and the wider community in order to gain insight on the needs and desires of the worldwide community before presenting a recommended plan for One WE. Meetings will continue in 2014 to work toward a single event to respect the interests and desires of our stakeholders.
